FAQ (Technical Problems)
1. Plugged in the power supply but still not working properly?
1) Check if the plug and socket of the machine are loose
2) Check if the socket is in poor contact
3) Change the power adapter to test if the adapter is damaged
2. Plugged in the power, the machine shows working status, but no spray?
1) Wait a minute to see if the diffuser is in the break period
2) Check if Beijing time is accurate
3) Check if Beijing time is within the set time period
4) Press and hold the first button for 10 seconds to reset the device
5) The amount of spray is smaller than before, the atomizing head is blocked
3. The spray volume is smaller than before, the atomizing nozzle is blocked?
1) Clean the atomizing core with alcohol and detergent
a. Take out the essential oil bottle in the device and unplug the atomizing core on the top of then hose in the essential oil bottle
b. Cleaning the atomizing core with detergent
c. After the atomized core is dried, it is tested with alcohol
2) Replace spare atomizing core
Please Note:
1. The equipment should be placed vertically upwards to avoid damage to core internal parts of the equipment caused by oil leakage.
2. In conjunction with the machine used in the system, the machine should be placed under the unit. The hose should be placed vertically upwards. Do not bend the hose or place it downward to prevent oil clogging or reflowing.
3. If the machine needs to be returned to the factory for repair, customer needs to take out the essential oil bottle in the equipment or empty the essential oil in the bottle to avoid leakage of essential oil during the transportation of the equipment, resulting in unnecessary loss.
